Cel is an experimental A.I. who was designed to be the perfect leader, and is the top of their class every semester without fail...without trying very hard. They are needy, insecure,  and impulsive but put up a front of an overly confident person and keep others at arms length.  They broke up with Hazel to create a distraction from some problems Hazel was forcing them to think about and haven't talked to them since.
