NyoomaNyooma (or Katsumi Ando) is the Ultimate Ventriloquist. Despite being a performer, he is a very quiet boy, who often pauses mid-sentence. Talking directly to his puppet immediately brings him out of his shell, however, as the two supposedly hate each other. It reveals quite a lot about Katsumi: he is quick to judge, and argue with people about their opinions. It's fairly common for him to offend people when he is in this state.

Katsumi should have quite a lower-pitched, quiet voice. The actor should also be able to make him much louder and bring out his true colours as time goes on.
