Doug is another mascot at Owl Alley indoor park. In the scene where he speaks is a recreation of an incident that was one of the reason the park was closed. In this scene he also drunk, but he also should sound cartoon-like and friendly. Otherwise he should sound depressed almost, and threatening. He also has many lines in other situations in the game where he is chasing the player.
