She still didn’t know why exactly they had been taken. What was the point of all this?  She had so many questions. There was one thing she was most curious about though.  What had happened to make Miles so hard-hearted?

Lena suddenly forgot how to breathe.  That was the first time anyone had ever called her beautiful.

The two of them made eye contact and went closer to each other.
