Tager is one of Sector Seven's best agents, and a part time Blues player. He idolizes the late Stevie Ray Vaughan and he references one of his songs every so often in his dialogue.
Tager is happy to do whatever Kokonoe wants him to do, as she fixed him up and turned him into a cyborg after a freak accident at a dance hall in Twist, Arkansas during the winter of 1949. He sees fellow agent Lambda as a little sister and is protective of her.

(Reminiscing) I remember sometimes when I played the guitar, people would say things like "You've got a root right in your hand" or "It's like you've got a little wing strumming that guitar of yours." Good times.
(Tired) I think I've played my last gig. i'm getting old.
