Tamaki, a professional apathy, doesn't like to share his voice and is heavily apathetic. The man will only talk if required. He will consistently look towards his friend Ryuji for advice on what to do and only has a few interests, most of which being internet celebrities. He really has to try and be positive if it is required. There just isn't much to say about a person who is known for not doing anything.
