Thanks for auditioning for Edgar, Vantasolis. I think your voice fits some of the qualities I have in mind for him, and there are parts of the audition that work well. My main concern is that the raspiness of the voice makes Edgar sound somewhat older than Solomon, even though Edgar is the younger brother. Because of that, the voice does not fit him entirely. I’d recommend trying a slightly less raspy and somewhat younger-sounding take while still keeping Edgar’s somber, subdued, sincere, and articulate qualities. Overall, I appreciate the submission, and I wanted to share my personal thoughts on it. Thank you for taking the time to audition.
