Sentry

OVERVIEW:
Sentry (22) was raised in Blackrock under his father, Incinerator, but never developed into the person he was expected to become. Immature, insecure, and desperate for validation, he often comes across as loud, egotistical, whiny, and difficult to be around. Beneath all of that is someone deeply afraid of being useless and unwanted. He seeks approval from almost anyone who will give it to him. Despite his flaws, Sentry genuinely means well and doesn't want to hurt people.

VOICE:

Has a masculine, youthful voice with a naturally expressive quality. He tends to speak quickly and emotionally. His confidence is frequently exaggerated and can come across as obnoxious, but there should be an underlying insecurity that occasionally slips through. In those moments, he should be capable of sounding genuinely vulnerable without becoming overly dramatic.

NOTE: Sentry is not constantly yelling or whining. His behavior stems from his insecurity and need for validation, so his voice should still feel natural and conversational most of the time. His emotional outbursts should feel like something that happens to him rather than his default delivery.
