Takeru Shinra is the ultimate gang leader. Among the entire class, Takeru was one of the more dangerous members. Not only is he quick to anger and vulgar, but he has a vendetta against rich people. He believes that without them, the world would become a better place. He even joined this academy because he has an ulterior motive. His criminal record was also what makes him threatening. Rumors say that he's responsible for the several deaths of multiple politicians and well known rich people.
Takeru's voice was loud, abrasive, aggressive. Sometimes might be a low growly voice that sends chills down an innocent person's spine.
