About: Lucy is the youngest daughter of a noble, called Earl of Herive. Lucy is Blondina’s Lady-in-waiting. She helps take care of Blondina, but they become best friends. Also, she is one of the few who were supportive of Blondina from the start. Lucy is very kind-hearted and likes to help others. When they reach adulthood, she and Prince Lart get feelings for each other.
Voice: At age 9, she sounds young but not too childish. Voice range is cheerful, sweet, not high-pitched but medium high, and very kind and warm.
