Brief - A Koi mermaid that made a name for herself after swimming out of her home town and making it to the surface as part of a long-forgotten tradition of "Dragon Ascension." Despite her success, she had nowhere to go. In her luck however, she beached toward the residence of a powerful family known as the Belford Estate, where she meets her business partner and truck buddy (her words, not mine), Mariah Ashtonford. Both set off on their own adventure on the Frontier to share their wares, which will eventually lead to their meeting with Otsdarva and co.
Factoid - Akiha has a Southern Belle way of speaking (if there ever is a point of a Japanese dub, Kansai (or similar) dialect would be a must). If you can, feel free to adlib some extra lines to fit for her.
