This Voltorb is the second of two Voltorbs who have decided to join Electrode in his quest to spread mayhem and try to catch Piplup. He sometimes has a rivalry with the first Voltorb if Electrode was ever not around.

(Confused) Either he got Oshawott and Piplup, or he's going into one of those rages where he laughs as loud as he can instead of crying.
