With an IQ of 300, the brilliant mad scientist builds robotic armies to conquer the world and build his ultimate theme park, Eggman land, which constantly brings him into conflict with sonic. for his voice try to do a Russian accent like the one from balena productions sonic zombies (sonic zombie thing 2 if you want to use that video as a reference for his voice) if not then you can do your own take on him
