Phascomon, at her Rookie level, has the mental age of a child's. She's kind, friendly and joyful, and is usually sleeping. She's usually shy towards new faces. Don't wake her up unless you want a screaming banshee scaring you shitless.
Her voice should sound young and childish but warm and friendly.
