Web is a highly intelligent extraterrestrial that is extremely cunning, but fails in social situations, It's quite difficult to for him to socialize with others and is considered weird by many. His lack of social skills reflects in his physical appearance with him being short and skinny, but even though he looks weak is is quite strong.
