Lore - Cassie is a deranged woman who somehow ended up in the Banlands, though she never specified how she got there herself. She's extremely friendly though and knows about all of the survivors' lives. She also tends to mess with the inhabitants of the Banlands, to experiment and see what makes them tick. She also collects tons of scrap and trinkets, tweaking them and fixing them up.
She's a mid-pitched woman with a bit of a country accent and a friendly demeanour. Sometimes she sounds a bit more deranged on certain occasions like talking about certain topics or laughing.
