Mischievous/Puppeteer/Manipulative

Tangle (name might be changed) is a cunning, devious puppeteer, canonically intended for younger audiences, hence his cartoonishly-vilainous appearance. He serves as the theater's recurring troublemaker but is always scolded by THE GANG in the end, teaching audiences lesson regarding kindness.

He is the enemy of THE GANG.

Although absent throughout most of the game, he is seen all over the theater in cardboard cut-outs, posters and various other means of art.

Energetic, theatrical and sacrastic. Tangle speaks like a cartoon vilain, constantly exaggerating his actions and treating manipulation as a fun game. He enjoys controlling others and sees others as toys, props or characters in his own little story. He appears purely malicious, though sometimes, he does sound soft-spoken and confused, before it is quickly wiped away. Beneath his arrogance is someone deeply frustrated by the fact he's just another puppet.

Although he is childish, his voice doesn't sound like a child's.

Voice actor must be capable of speaking in a; playful, smug and teasing voice, full of overconfidence; dramatic and exaggerated vilain-like voice; frustrated and bitter voice. Should be able to sound like a harmless, silly child one moment, then reveal a much colder and unsettling personality the next.
