Tock is the Hotel's Founder and main boss. Tock is friendly, only if you don't make him stressed out. Tock has a close relationship to Twlight (Due to Twlight being his daughter), but majority of the time he seems to only put pressure on Twlight to make the hotel perfect for all celebrities and customers. Perhaps this is where Twlight gets her perfectionism from. Tock does care for Twlight and the others, but in his own way that is deemed too much.
