We're looking for a Character Concept Artist to help bring the world of Dottie's Workshop to life!

As a Concept Artist, you'll work closely with the project creator to design the adorable (and sometimes unsettling) plush characters that inhabit the workshop. Your artwork will help establish the visual identity of the game before final illustrations, models, or animations begin.

This is a collaborative role, and creativity is highly encouraged. We're looking for someone who enjoys cute mascot designs, plush aesthetics, and adding small details that make characters feel memorable.

Responsibilities

• Design original plush mascot characters.

• Create front, back, and side character concepts when needed.

• Explore different outfit, color, and accessory ideas.

• Help refine character silhouettes and personalities through design.

• Work with feedback to improve concepts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Be respectful and open to feedback.

• Have a portfolio or examples of your artwork.

• Be able to communicate through Discord.

• Passion for creating original characters.

Preferred Skills

• Experience drawing plush or mascot-style characters.

• Knowledge of shape language and character design.

• Ability to draw expressive faces and poses.

• Experience with digital art programs such as Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, Krita, or similar software.

Audition

• 3 to 5 examples of your best character artwork.

• Any mascot, plush, or creature designs you've created (if available).

• A short introduction about yourself and why you'd like to join Dottie's Workshop.
