Richard Lovitz seems to be a hard but disgruntled worker, which can be concluded from the fact that he became annoyed by the amount of pressure put on him. Aside from the pressure, he still cares about the orphans for whom the toys are intended for, which shows he's good at heart. Once He Got His Promotion, He Has Since Gained Control Over His Anger Issues and Continued Working.

During Poppy Playtime: Fools Play: He Is Seen With 2 Other Employees Who Survived The Hour Of Joy As They Make Their Way Up To The Front Entrance To Escape. But All 3 Don't Make It Far After the Prototype Learns Of their Survival.
