Little is known about the mysterious dispatcher guiding the investigation team. Calm, professional, and strangely knowledgeable, they provide each mission briefing while revealing only fragments of the truth. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear they know far more about Blackwood Hotel than they ever admit.
