Evan is a teen boy who Mel and Jemma meet on there vacation trip to Ocean Valley Resort. Evan has recently moved to the U.S. from the Uk.  He is kind of a flirt much like the character Parker but he is sweet and charming as well. Evan likes Mel (The main character's sister) He is also enemies with Lin. Currently, he is a minor character because he will be appearing mostly in the vacation part of the series. But I may continue to develop the character and he will reappear during the series after the vacation ends.
