Illusio Nohan is one of the rooftop's enigmatic magicians. Quiet and reserved, he rarely engages in conversation with strangers, preferring to keep to himself whenever possible. The few exceptions are his fellow performers, the protagonist, and situations that require immediate action. Though distant at first glance, Illusio is highly observant and often notices things that others overlook.
