Zara is a wise, mythical and sometimes motherly character who's main role in the story is to guide, aid and teach the Rangers.

In terms of lore, she is an AI that was once a Morphing Master and (Technically) the sole survivor of a galactic tragedy.

She does have a distant and unnatural quality to her but this may be due to her astronomical age.
