Mo LeRat

Mo LeRat! Pronounced Moe La'ray. Hes a sociopathic raider! But not just your average raider. no, no, no, hes the leader of The Rat pack! Mo has an albino mole rat named Marty. Well, technically, his mole rat doesnt actually have a name, he used to just call it mole rat but after years of jet use and radiation exposure, he eventually thought it's name was Marty. He confused his own name with it and now calls himself Mo LeRat (mole rat). For this character i need a raspy voice, almost like like riding the fine line of a aged smoker but has enough wind in their lungs to speak.
