He's obsessed with manners and always tries to speak and act properly, reprimanding others when they don't do the same. He comes off as bossy at times but always tries to remain polite and calm yet serious and worthy of respect. His voice is fairly high, he sounds slightly younger than he is, and he always speaks properly and clearly.
