Stories Of The Untold
Flake :) for Laurel Victor
Laurel Victor
daughter of Nike, the goddess of victory. Despite her athletic prowess and tactical, fast combat style, she carries a heavy emotional weight. After her mortal parents died in a tragic accident on their way to her biggest sports competition, she and her twin sister, Holly, were left homeless until a satyr brought them to camp. Laurel is deeply competitive but intensely plagued by self doubt and quiet bitterness because her twin was claimed by Nike first after winning a competition where Laurel placed second. She is calm calculative and driven along with her bitterness showing. but she isn't as dangerously obsessed as victory as her twin and she's more vulnerable, soft, and kinder than her sister aswell.

ou're overextending on your left side every time you swing. It’s a sloppy habit, and against a fast opponent, it'll get you killed. Pick up your javelin and let's go again. I’m not stopping until you get this right.
Oh, you want to know about our mother? Go ask Holly. Apparently, Nike thought she was the only one worth recognizing that day. I guess coming in second means you're completely invisible to the gods
hey were coming to watch us play. That's all they wanted. To see us win. If we hadn't entered that stupid competition, if we hadn't been so obsessed with the prize money... they would still be here. And I wouldn't be stuck trying to prove I matter to a mother who isn't even looking
