This version is vastly different from the beloved Confetti. This one, an horrifying, dangerous creature, is rarely seen ingame. I unfortunately cannot give you more information on the use of this character ingame in order to avoid spoiling.

Menacing, spiteful, unsettlingly cheerful, sarcastic. Confetti shows close to no signs of the childish mannerisms his mascot self has, revealing only hatred and despair. His exhaustion and resentment wear no facade.
Should be able to to sound vulnerable and broken one moment, then intimidating and monstruous the next. Preferably a deep voice, though I'm open-minded for more as long as the criteria are respected!

Voice actor must be capable of speaking in a; low, menacing voice, full hatred; sorrowful, on the verge of tears voice, with underlying anger; voice riddled with fake enthusiasm.
