Toodles needs a voice that is pure, unyielding cartoon sunshine! We are looking for an actress who can deliver an incredibly high-pitched, aggressively cheerful, and bubbly performance.

Her words should bounce up and down with a musical, melodic cadence-almost like she is making up a happy little jingle on the spot.
