This is a recurring character in this series. This character is set to be very young; therefore, A higher pitched voice is requested. This character is a genius and very aware of that fact, which will reflect in the lines. The lines should come across as either: teasing the intelligence of others, bolstering your own genius, or belittling someone else's efforts. (Try to be as annoying as possible)
If you have something to say, then by all means, say it! Listening to you is far more enjoyable than fighting with you
