Halo 5: The Ones Left Behind

Captain Louis will play a minor role in the first episode and won;t make a return until episode 5-6. But, he is extremely important later in the series when he returns in episode 5-6. Louis was assigned to protect the planet Ballast along with Captain Dallas, but when a rebel fleet came and attacked, his ship was badly damaged from the fight. He will stay behind until his ship is fully repaired and for the UNSC reinforcements to arrive. His accent can either be a southern Italian or a Hispanic accent. Please note that he does not have a deep voice.
[Regrettably] Captain Anderson went down with his ship when mine was boarded. The two remaining rebel ships rammed themselves into the Trident and didn't suffer from any damage. By the time we had neutralized the threat in our ship we were too late to engage, they were already gone.
Captain, if a lone insurrection colony is able to mass produce their own warships, they can become a threat to the colonies. I can lend you some of my troops and supplies and remain here, in case of another attack.
