Tragedy Chromatori is the host of the killing game and is a cunning and charming showman (unlike the counterpart). They aren't seen much but when they are? It's very obvious why their title as ultimate ringmaster would be relevant. Chroma’s voice reference would be either Tozu (Project:Eden’s garden) or Diavolo (JJBA:golden wind)

Side note: Comedy chromatori and tragedy chromatori are the same character. Simply different alternatives
