Kestelle Scero *the S in Scero is silent*. Side character; but is VERY important lore-wise. Rep. (in this case) is short for Representative. Vince’s biological younger sister. Adores all 3 laws of the Fortress! A well respected lawyer on behalf of the Mage Corps faction. A night owl who has excellent recollective-style memory, She keeps her points short, honest and straightforward in the council chamber.  Will become a LOT more cheerful, bubbly, extroverted and way more talkative outside the council chamber. Or even; away from the seaside council’s home as a whole.
