Personality: The goofy next door neighbour, (think Argyle from Stranger Things) Goofy, surfer-boy vibes. He's quite stupid and is the comedic relief. He's very dramatic and is convincing the group of a haunted house.

Voice Type: Medium Pitch, American (Surfer) accent, airy/nasally voice maybe slight rasp (Has good vocal range and can go low and high)
