Ages: Young, middle-aged, older
The three Murderers are hired by Macbeth to kill Banquo and his son Fleance. They are likely commoners as Macbeth paints a picture for them of Banquo as their enemy because of his station. Later they are sent to kill Lady Macduff and her family.
APPARITIONS of an Armed Head, A Bloody Child, and a Crowned Child
Voice: Male, Androgynous
Ages: Young (Bloody Child and Crowned Child, Middle-aged or older (Armed Head)
These are the ghosts or spirits that the Witches call up in Act 4 to "warn" Macbeth; when it reality they are more like prophecies.
MESSENGER in Act 5 Scene 3
Voice: Male
Ages: Young to Young Adult (referred to as a boy)
The Messenger in Act 5 wars Macbeth that the English force is coming.
SERVANT in Act 5 Scene 5
Voice: Male, Female, Androgynous
Ages: Younger adult, middle-aged, older
The Servant in Act 5 tells Macbeth that Birnam Wood looks like a moving grove, which relates to one of the Witches' warnings / prophecies.
