Dr. Welsh is one of the unfortunately many victims of Agent Maledictus. Head researcher of the site, he believes he is superior to everyone but the the 05 Council. Agent Maledictus doesn't care who you are, or what your position is. To him, you are expendable. The unfortunate doctor blatantly ignored the warnings, and paid the ultimate price. However, he may have been marked for death long ago... considering the knowledge he stumbled upon.
(Stern, reprimanding) "Sir, it has come to my attention that you have been... reviewing... classified information, Mr. Maledictus."
(Disgusted, as if talking to an inferior who stepped out of line, but voice is mainly calm) "No. To me, you are Mr. Maledictus. Or should I rather say Mr. Miller.
(Cocky, believes he can get away with what he says next.) "You forget where you stand Mr. Miller..."
