Bit is described as a competitive type, always challenging others to race with him. This is reflected with the dialogue before his fight, as he refuses to stand down unless Kai shows him "his moves", and says he won't pass up the opportunity to spar with him. Bit also seems to have a desire to find a rival to race with, as he's always urging others to do better.

I kind of hear this guy as more of the cool, smooth talker vibe instead of the Sonic type voice in terms of voice direction - I don't have any particular character references, so see what you can come up with!
