Blade is considered an individual who prefers to spend his time up alone in the skies, implying he is not a very sociable person. He's described as a vindictive person who held onto petty grudges and made enemies with everyone he met, even when he was in the wrong. Despite his rude demeanour, Blade would always be there if he was truly needed, even if he had the tendency to show up at the very last minute.

I don't have much direction to give other than to go for a bitter tone since this character is pretty much the lone wolf type. I'd say he has a medium-low pitch for voice tone. I'm biased because he's the "Cooler" circuit, but something like Cooler's voice from Dragon Ball FighterZ in particular haha - or think of how the Sniper from TF2 speaks.
