In-between Animators are in charge of the frames in-between keyframes, help the character move through the keyframes, and making sure the animation is smooth.

It is required in this role to draw in the art-style of the movie! (although smear frames are allowed and highly recommended.)

 (You are not expected to be doing the whole script. The director (Cheetah3) will give a list of scenes you can claim to do from the script so it is less overwhelming)
