Bruno is one of the many mechanics that work within Vex's pirate empire, he focuses on ship maintenance and even flies a lot ships to drop crew off for different missions, though he is quite the coward and would never take on any dangerous missions, instead dropping people off for simple retrieval missions while he sat in the cockpit with his feet up...Bruno is also quite lazy, often doing the bare minimum work so he is kept around while not having to work hard
a good song to get an idea of this character is "Senshi's theme" whenever he just appears within a scene, but its the first few notes on repeat like a broken record player

(casual) "oh please, like Vernon would care if one person dies on a mission, even then its not like she is a known member, Snell here is just some gutter bug living on the fleet, the more she makes the quicker she can pay for her freedom" (pause, turning back to face Snell) "no offense Snell, for a gutter bug you are the best we have"
(confused initially) "Huh, oh must have just been a size error, you know how those javards are with their eyesight hahaha"
(worried) "ahahaha, just a joke there, were all Myrdens here"
