The main character of the first half of the saga, he starts out as an experienced but still somewhat naive soldier, later developing into a hardened leader and strategist. A founding member of the Patriots his disagreements with Zero leads to him turning his back on his country. The genetic father of Solid Snake, Liquid Snake and Solidus Snake. His actions in Snake Eater put the plot of the entire saga into motion. Will also appear in: Portable Ops, Peace Walker, Ground Zeros, The Phantom Pain, Guns Of The Patriots. Do NOT do a David Hayter impersonation!!
After the end of World War 2. The world was split into two, East and West. This marked the beginning of the era called the Cold War.
You ejected the first bullet by hand, didn't you? I see what you were trying to do. But testing a technique you only heard about in the middle of battle wasn't very smart. You were asking to have your gun jam on you. Besides, I don't think you're cut out for an automatic in the first place. You tend to twist your elbow to absorb the recoil. That's more of a revolver technique.
Taking off from a lake is trickier than it looks. It's not like riding a motorcycle. You've got to be delicate.
