As the oldest of the kids in her town, Belle tries hard to be the guardian of all the kids, often stressing herself out. She comes across as motherly and just a generally pleasant person to be around.
For her voice, she's medium/high. A bit similar to Rats, except a bit mature. AJ Michalka's voice of Stevonnie comes to mind, but like I've said before, please feel free to make your own interpretations!
(conversational) Honestly, the only thing we really worry about is getting bored, haha
(frustrated motherly, apologetic) Rats! Ugh, I-I'm sorry, she gets kinda fussy sometimes
(worried) Where have you been!? Don't run off like that again, Rats, you scared me
