Archard is the king of Saonoka, a former Tolonian warlord whom was granted control of Saonoka after conquring it for the Tolonian king. He speaks with a thick French accent, though it sometimes crosses over with an English one. He is eleven years older than Fleur, making him 31 years old.
Edit: He is no longer named Nobunga, His new name is Archard. Second, for reference, his voice should be in a similar rang to Mufasa's voice from the lion king (maybe a bit higher). (If the voice too hard to do with the accent, please then attempt something in the range of Gaston's voice with the french accent)
UPDATE: New lines have been added to replace old and outdated ones, they should give you a better feel for her character!

It terrified me, and the second it spoke, I knew it wasn’t you… I didn’t want my little sister taken away from me, you’re the only one I have after all. (His tone is a bit sad and he's carefully choosing his words.)
