Phoenix

Phoenix is an important character but she does not have a lot of voice lines, however she has more than usual in the first episode. She is very withdrawn, not exactly an introvert but she doesn't talk a lot about her personal life. She is very stoic and almost always has a neutral expression on her face. Phoenix is Venus's, the ruler's, right hand (she is not second in command but she does have a significant amount of authority). Phoenix does not agree with Venus though and hopes to overthrow her. She is Anthony's best friend. Phoenix is very protective, loyal, and stubborn. I'd like her voice to be on the deeper side. She mostly talks with a neutral tone and doesn't show too much emotion in her words.
