Frenzy is the most difficult character to voice.
Frenzy is a very emotional character who in this special will be struggling to cope with himself and who/what he is as well as not only the death of his comrades but him having killed 2 of his comrades.

Frenzy is overall a very passive person who just sounds bored and disinterested with everything until he either gets angry or sad which is where his real emotions come out and you see that he's a very hot blooded and determined person.
Frenzy is relatively young (Being 1 year older after the series end during this special at 16).
