Hiroko Omura is the Ultimate Wizard...or so she claims. She has extreme confidence in her magic, but with no proof in all that confidence, no one ever believes her. She doesn't complain or get mad if anyone ever says something bad about her magic, rather she just secretly curses them. She's very calm, composed, and professional like. At least, until she finds something she enjoys and loves. Then she squeals and fangirls over it. Her voice is between the low and medium range. She sounds a lot like an adult female.
