Devi is the main antagonist in Vincent's Sequel, and is exclusive to this sequel only.

She is first introduced as a teacher during a bride seminar and then later on it i revealed she is the one controlling the dark magical creatures featured in the sequel. She wanted to steal the magic from the guests staying at the hotel where she hosted her seminar, because her goal is to be beautiful and powerful.
