The character is an engineer in a dystopian futuristic world. He isn't physically strong and is initially shocked to be chosen for a space colonization mission. As players conquer more planets, he grows from being terrified to being more confident and determined.


Think "anxious-but-brilliant". He has a bit of that frantic, high-energy Shaggy (Scooby-Doo) quality, but he needs to sound like a real person surviving a dystopian world, not a caricature. I'm looking for a collaborator who wants to "own" this character for the long term.

Hi Daniel, thanks for auditioning! I think your voice is actually a bit too deep and mature for this specific role. I’m looking for something with a bit more of a youthful, naive energy, and your read comes across more seasoned and authoritative. That in no way means that you didn't do a killer job at it! I could keep you in mind if I need a mentor, a rival, or a boss type character down the road that fits that more mature vibe.
