For reference, I'd suggest looking up "Cyn Murder Drones voice lines", Cyn's voice actor FitzyVA has videos about it. Cyn speaks at a medium speed in a sort of text-to-speech type voice, with a slight human tone to allow emotions as well. The ideal voice actor is able to replicate Cyn's voice with very little audio editing.
