The Supreme Commander of ESIDARS-JP, Chigusa Kumagai is responsible for authorizing Team MLV’s operations in ESIDARS. She is a firm believer in the Zeniths’ compassionate approach to militarism, due to her upbringing, and is someone who understands the importance of mankind’s past interactions with the Zenithmen in shaping the Intergalactic Civilizations Federation’s present and believes that lessons learned from the Zenith Defense Force in the past should never be forgotten in the future. Chigusa is largely responsible for the acceptance of the Typhonian Marvels as citizens of the Intergalactic Civilizations Federation.
